Department of Law
The Department of Law is responsible for the undergraduate programmes, including the LLB and four LLB double degree programmes, namely BBA(Law)&LLB, BSocSc(Govt&Laws)&LLB, BA&LLB and BSc&LLB, which are offered in collaboration with the HKU Business School, the Faculty of Social Sciences, the Faculty of Arts, and the Faculty of Science, respectively; and for most of the teaching for post-graduate programmes (LLMs and JD).

Department of Professional Legal Education
The Department of Professional Legal Education is responsible for the teaching of the PCLL (Postgraduate Certificate in Laws), which is the professional requirement to enter the legal profession.
Our People
Fu Hualing is Professor of Law and holder of the Warren Chan Professorship in Human Rights and Responsibilities. He holds an LL.B. from Southwestern University in China, an M.A. from University of Toronto and a Doctor of Jurisprudence degree from Osgoode Hall.
Professor Fu’s current research focuses on the rise of human rights lawyering in China and its implications for political and legal reform in China.
